Physical Therapy
Orthopedic physical therapy is a specialized field focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing injuries or conditions involving the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons). It uses exercise, mobilization, and education to reduce pain and restore function, often after orthopedic surgery, fractures, or strain.

Our Founder
The founder of Sanders Therapy Group, Janet Sanders, attended Oregon State University and the University of Puget Sound, earning dual Bachelor’s degrees. She has been a licensed Occupational Therapist for over 35 years, working alongside hand surgeons and directing therapy clinics. She opened Sanders Therapy Group in 2011 to serve the Woodburn community. The company has since expanded to multiple locations. Understanding the needs of the area, she has added therapists to her staff and continues to evolve the business to help those in need of therapy.
